📝 Intellectual Property Rights

All Arizona Roses' software and content (which includes any texts, audios or music, videos, photographs and images) are intellectual property works of Arizona Roses. Thus, they are protected by intellectual property rights, copyright laws and the terms of international conventions. All software and content are owned by Arizona Roses, and can only be used for non-personal and/or non-commercial purposes with the express permission from Arizona Roses and/or its third party licensors.

No one can use, distribute, reproduce, or sell any content on the website without the consent and authorization of Arizona Roses for commercial purposes. Arizona Roses reserves the right to withdraw or modify any services without notice.

🌹 Product Description

Arizona Roses will make every effort to ensure the images, content and product descriptions on our website are accurate and complete. However, we do not guarantee that all of them are always 100% accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Also, as flowers are subject to season and weather, we cannot fully guarantee the selection of flowers.

All the rose arrangements by Arizona Roses are handmade. The paper/pattern/style will be basically the same as the ones in pictures, but we cannot promise that everything will be exactly the same.

If you have any questions about the production, please ask us at the time of delivery. After confirming receipt of the roses, the customers are responsible for the maintenance of roses. We will not accept any problems regarding the products after the delivery day.

If you think the product provided by Arizona Roses does not match its description, please refer to our return policy.

🔄 Modify and Adjust Ordered Goods

Please contact us to discuss any changes. If modification is possible, we will charge you for the replacement of rose materials.

❌ Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

In order to ensure the shortest possible time for the customers to receive their goods, we normally process orders immediately after payment, including material ordering, production, packaging and delivery.

In the event your cancelation request is received before design has began, we will cancel your order and issue a store credit for the full amount. Your store credit will not expire and you can use it any time of the year including holidays.

✅ Order Satisfaction Policy

Before delivery our florist will email or text you a video of the finished arrangement. We ask that you review and approve for satisfaction in a timely manner. All arrangements must be approved by sender before delivery is scheduled.

🔄 Substitution Policy

Fresh Roses: We are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of roses it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value.

We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements, the variety will take precedence over color.

• If an order is for yellow roses, we may substitute another color of roses, not another yellow flower
• White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other
• Peach roses and pink roses may be substituted for each other when necessary
• In mixed arrangements, we maintain the color scheme with appropriate substitutions
