Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! We offer same-day delivery on orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday through Saturday. Sunday orders placed before 12:00 PM may qualify — give us a call to confirm availability.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across the Phoenix West Valley including Surprise, Sun City, Sun City West, El Mirage, Youngtown, Peoria, Glendale, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Avondale, Buckeye, and beyond. Delivery fees vary by distance — see our Delivery page for details.
How fresh are your roses?
Very fresh! We source our roses directly from trusted farms and handle every stem with care. We guarantee your bouquet will arrive at peak freshness. If you're not satisfied within 24 hours of delivery, contact us and we'll make it right.
Can I customize my arrangement?
Absolutely. We love bringing specific visions to life. You can request custom colors, sizes, add-ons like baklava or balloons, and personalized message cards. Contact our studio directly for custom arrangement requests.
What if I need to change my delivery date?
No problem at all. Just contact us as soon as possible — by phone or email — and we'll update your delivery date. We ask for at least 2 hours notice for same-day changes and 24 hours for scheduled deliveries.
Do you deliver for special occasions?
That's our specialty! We deliver for birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, graduations, proposals, sympathy, and 18+ other occasions. We also handle volume orders for events — reach out to discuss your needs.
