Delivery
6 questionsDo you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! We offer same-day delivery on orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday through Saturday. Sunday orders placed before 12:00 PM may qualify — give us a call to confirm availability.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across the Phoenix West Valley including Surprise, Sun City, Sun City West, El Mirage, Youngtown, Peoria, Glendale, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Avondale, Buckeye, and beyond. Delivery fees vary by distance — see our Delivery page for full details.
Is there a fee for same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery is $25. Scheduled delivery is $10. We offer free delivery on all orders over $120. Local Surprise deliveries within 5 miles start at $15.
Can I schedule a delivery in advance?
Absolutely! Scheduled delivery is available for any future date and is a great option for anniversaries, birthdays, and other planned celebrations. Just select your preferred date at checkout.
What if I need to change my delivery date?
No problem at all. Contact us as soon as possible by phone or email and we'll update your delivery date. We ask for at least 2 hours notice for same-day changes and 24 hours for scheduled deliveries.
Do you deliver on holidays?
We do deliver on most holidays, however Valentine's Day and Mother's Day may have modified schedules and earlier cutoff times due to high demand. We strongly recommend ordering early during these peak periods to guarantee your preferred delivery date.

6 questionsWhat rose sizes do you offer?
We offer a range of sizes from single-stem arrangements to large bouquets and oversized luxury boxes. Each product listing shows the available size options. For something truly grand, contact our studio for a custom premium request.
Do you have a minimum order amount?
There is no strict minimum order, however delivery fees apply to all orders. To get the best value, orders over $120 qualify for free delivery.
Can I add a gift like baklava or balloons to my order?
Yes! We carry a curated selection of gift add-ons including baklava gift boxes, cuddly bears, and celebration balloons. Browse our full gift selection in the shop and add them to your order at checkout.
How do I add a personalized message card?
During checkout there is a message card field where you can write your personal note. We'll print it and include it beautifully with your arrangement. There is no extra charge for message cards.
Can I customize my arrangement?
Absolutely. We love bringing specific visions to life. You can request custom colors, sizes, and add-ons. For fully custom arrangements or venue styling, contact our studio directly and one of our florists will work with you personally.
Do you handle large event or wedding orders?
Yes — we handle bulk and event orders for weddings, corporate events, parties, and more. These require advance notice and a consultation. Please contact our studio at least 2 weeks ahead for large event orders.
Care & Freshness
4 questionsHow fresh are your roses?
Very fresh! We source our roses directly from trusted farms and handle every stem with care from the moment they arrive to the moment they reach your door. We guarantee your bouquet will arrive at peak freshness.
How long will my roses last?
With proper care, our roses typically last 7 to 14 days. Freshness varies by variety and conditions, but our farm-sourced stems are selected specifically for their longevity.
How should I care for my roses when they arrive?
When your roses arrive: trim the stems at a diagonal angle, remove any leaves below the waterline, place in a clean vase with fresh water, keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources, and change the water every 2 days. These simple steps will maximize their lifespan significantly.
What if my roses arrive damaged?
We take great pride in our packaging and delivery care, but if your roses arrive damaged or unsatisfactory in any way, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we will make it right — no questions asked.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not accept cash or checks for online orders.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes! We run seasonal promotions and offer free delivery on orders over $120. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to hear about special offers, holiday deals, and exclusive discounts.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. We never store your card details on our servers.
