Delivery
6 questionsDo you offer same-day delivery?
We offer next-day delivery on orders placed by 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday. We do not currently offer same-day delivery.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Surprise, Sun City, El Mirage, Youngtown, and Waddell, Arizona. We're a home-based studio focused on serving our local West Valley community well.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is a flat $15 to all of our delivery cities. Orders over $129 receive free delivery automatically at checkout.
Can I schedule a delivery in advance?
Yes! You can select any future delivery date at checkout. This is a great option for birthdays, anniversaries, and other planned occasions.
What if I need to change my delivery date?
Contact us as soon as possible by phone or email and we'll do our best to update your order. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for date changes.
Do you deliver on holidays?
We deliver on most holidays, however Valentine's Day and Mother's Day may have modified schedules and earlier cutoff times. We strongly recommend ordering early during these peak periods.

We offer a range of arrangements from single-stem bouquets to larger vase designs. Each product listing shows the available options. All arrangements are handcrafted by our studio.
Do you have a minimum order amount?
There is no strict minimum order, however delivery fees apply to all orders. Orders over $129 qualify for free delivery.
Can I add a gift like baklava or balloons to my order?
Yes! We carry a curated selection of gift add-ons including baklava gift boxes, cuddly bears, and celebration balloons. Browse our full gift selection in the shop and add them to your order at checkout.
Can I request a specific color or style?
You can leave a note at checkout with any color preferences or special requests and we'll do our best to accommodate. We don't offer fully custom arrangements but we're happy to work with what we have.
Do you handle large event or wedding orders?
At this time we focus on individual bouquet and gift deliveries. For large event or wedding orders, we'd recommend reaching out to us directly to discuss what's possible.
Care & Freshness
4 questionsHow fresh are your roses?
Very fresh! We source our roses directly from trusted farms and handle every stem with care from the moment they arrive to the moment they reach your door. We guarantee your bouquet will arrive at peak freshness.
How long will my roses last?
With proper care, our roses typically last 7 to 14 days. Freshness varies by variety and conditions, but our farm-sourced stems are selected specifically for their longevity.
How should I care for my roses when they arrive?
When your roses arrive: trim the stems at a diagonal angle, remove any leaves below the waterline, place in a clean vase with fresh water, keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources, and change the water every 2 days. These simple steps will maximize their lifespan significantly.
What if my roses arrive damaged?
We take great pride in our packaging and delivery care, but if your roses arrive damaged or unsatisfactory in any way, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we will make it right — no questions asked.

3 questionsWhat payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not accept cash or checks for online orders.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
We run seasonal promotions and offer free delivery on orders over $129. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook to stay up to date on special offers and holiday deals.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. We never store your card details on our servers.
